How we use your information
When you request reseller access, Pixelpuffin uses the details you provide to assess your shop’s enquiry and contact you about the reseller API.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name, work email and shop domain. You can also provide a messaging app and contact handle. These optional contact details are included only if you choose to enter them.
Referral information
If you arrive through a reseller link on GetAGame, KeysforGames or PixelPuffin, we include the referring shop and link placement with your enquiry. These campaign details are kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so they survive a reload or a visit to this privacy page. A new campaign link replaces the previous source. We use this information to understand which links generate enquiries.
Where your enquiry goes
Your enquiry is sent to our B2B team at [email protected] using SendGrid, our email delivery provider. Enquiry details are handled in our business email system so we can respond and manage the discussion.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form submissions. Your browser connects to Cloudflare for this check, and Cloudflare processes technical information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
The form also uses a temporary session cookie for request security and duplicate submission prevention. The server keeps hashed IP address counters to limit repeated submissions. Counter windows last 15 minutes; obsolete counter files are eligible for cleanup in bounded batches after 24 hours when the form is used.
